'Webinar Materials' - all course documentation, handouts, notes, question banks and any other material supporting the Webinar Event produced by Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited or its third party supplier.

3.2 Charges

You will pay the Charges of the Webinar Event. You will pay the Charges prior to the Webinar Event. Subject to these terms and conditions and Your acceptance, You will be granted access to the Webinar Event.

Payment will be made by Paypal prior to the Webinar Event. A booking will not be accepted unless it has been authorised for payment.

Confirmation of Your booking will be sent by email. The email will contain a copy of these terms and conditions. You will need to accept these terms and conditions by return email. This constitutes a legally binding contract between Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited and You.

Both You and your employer are jointly and severally liable for the payment of the Charges.

We reserve the right to close bookings for webinars 48 hours before the day of the Webinar Event.

In the event that You use the telephone conferencing facility to listen to the Webinar, You will be responsible for all costs, charges and expenses, including mobile phone charges. For the avoidance of doubt, the Charges do not include this.

We reserve the right to alter the published Charges from time to time.

3.3 Access to services

We will send You an email containing the joining instructions for the Webinar Event, together with any appropriate login details and password, to access the live Webinar Event. We reserve the right to block your access to the Webinar Event if you join in the Webinar Event more than 15 minutes after the start of the Webinar Event. If we block Your access, you will not be entitled to a refund of the Charges.

Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited will have no liability and is not obliged to waive the Charges if You cannot access the live online Webinar Event due to firewalls, other hardware or software issues within Your organisation or failure of any system used by You. The instructions for joining the Webinar Event will include a link to a test page so that you can test in advance whether Your systems can receive the live online Webinar Event. It is Your responsibility to check that You can receive the online live Webinar Event.

The quality of the audio, video and Services will depend on the total usage of line by You at the actual time of the Webinar Event and no warranty is given.

All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the Webinar Event takes place at the advertised date and time. In the event that the Webinar Event does not take place or is cancelled, Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited's liabilty is limited to a refund of the Charges We reserve the right to offer an alternative date and time for the Webinar Event instead of refunding the Charges. We also reserve the right to change the speakers and /or content at any time and without prior notice and accept no liability if, for whatever reason, the Webinar Event does not take place.

You consent to Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited monitoring the number of computers which access the live online Webinar Event and the IP addresses in order to ensure that the access URL has not been distributed beyond those entitled to view the live online Webinar Event pursuant to these terms and conditions.

Any password and log in details issued by Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited is personal and confidential to You. If we suspect that any password is being used by anyone other than You or an authorised user, that password and details may be cancelled without notice. In the event of cancellation for this reason, we reserve the right to refuse You or Your company or firm access to future Webinar Events hosted by us.

The Services are provided for reference purposes only and are not intended nor should they be used as a substitute for professional advice, judgement to provide legal advice with respect to particular circumstances.

The right to electronically display the Webinar Materials is limited to the display of such Webinar Materials primarily to one person at a time.

To the extent permitted by law, neither Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited nor its employees will be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person acting or omitting to act or refraining from acting in reliance on the Webinar Materials or presentation of the Webinar Event or, except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the charge for the services arising from, or connected with, any error or omission in the Webinar Materials or the Webinar Event. Consequential loss is limited to, any loss of profits or anticipated profits, expenses incurred or payable to any third party. Nothing in this clause is deemed to exclude or limit Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

3.6 Miscellaneous

This agreement shall be governed by English Law and You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all matters regarding it.

We may offer the recording of a previously broadcast live online Webinar Events for sale. If You purchase such a recording you will receive a link to view it online up until the date specified, after which the recording will no longer be available to view.

Without prejudice to any of the provisions in these terms, the content of recorded online live Webinar Events may be the edited content as at the time of recording and neither Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited nor its presenters are liable for any errors or omissions in that content.

3.8 Force majeure

No failure or omission by Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited to comply with these terms and conditions shall give rise to any claim as a breach of these terms and conditions if such failure or omission arises from something reasonably beyond Leaders Cafe 2020 Limited's control.
